Little Free Libraries In Glendale

The Scouts of Troop 417 are working with the Harry Whiting Brown Community Center to install 20 Little Free Libraries in Glendale! The Little Free Library program is an international non-profit organization to promote literacy. A portion of the proceeds from the donations will support the HWB organization and it will play an important role in our fundraising in 2020 and into 2021.
With each donated library, a dedication plaque is affixed to the library featuring the Glendale Gas light logo and an inscription of the donor’s choice. Each library will be custom-built based on the location.
Donations to sponsor a library start at $1000. To donate a library to the community and for more information, please can contact Mick Higgins at 513-630-8691.
