What is Zumba? Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness — cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. The “work” is taken out of the workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Latin and World rhythms, including Hip-Hop, Salsa, and Jazz techniques, are all incorporated in the dance intervals. It’s super effective and of course super fun! We will turn the music UP and get DOWN!
Who should attend a Zumba class? Everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together for a fun, effective workout. You don’t need dance experience to do it
